How we help....

Training providers

Need to respond to RFP's which require you to demonstrate international coverage or losing customers to competitors with international capability?

You may have great training approaches & content and your customers really want to work with you but the fact remains that you don’t have the international network to take the customer relationship to the next level and build on the business that you’ve already established at home. Often your competitor will win this business even if customer would have preferred to use your content.

Language capability

Access to local trainers and broader language capability has always been an issue for training providers. Increasingly, clients will put your claims about international coverage under great scrutiny and we can give you and your clients confidence we can meet this challenge. The market now demands delivery capability consistent with the foot print of major corporations and the developing world - this means Eastern Europe, Latin America, Middle East and Asia Pacific.

Time and resources

Clients may have already asked you to provide training in other countries/languages where you have needed to act fast to secure additional trainer resources. Most training companies do not have the time and resources required to execute search, selection & screening of potential trainers. The starting point can often be searches via existing contacts and LinkedIn which take time and cannot be relied on to deliver the right candidates. There is also the risk around using trainers you've not worked with previously or do not come via direct recommendation.

IP protection

Issues around the protection of intellectual property is a growing problem in the world today. This is a challenge that our clients are well accustomed to. All our network have entered into contracts with us that respect the ownership of intellectual property and this protection will be extended to you.

Multinational companies

Do you have limited internal trainer resources and want to avoid the costs of sending them around the world to deliver training courses to your local people?

International reach

Implementing large-scale international training projects for can involve large numbers of people travelling long distances, sometimes to a venue in another country. Time off the job spent travelling together with the transport and accommodation costs are often prohibitive. We have developed an extensive international network of highly skilled training facilitators to provide a local delivery solution to your teams. Alternatively, we can provide skilled facilitators with specialist experience in virtual instructor-led training (VILT).

Language capability

Although many global organisations employ a single business language policy (usually English), many of their people rely upon a second language to execute their work. This can be effective for day-to-day working however, the competence of individuals to speak and understand the business language varies enormously. This can be a major issue in a learning and development context, when people are required to understand and practice new knowledge and skills.

Customisation

Tailoring and customisation of your content is critical in easing the transfer of learning from the classroom to the workplace and that exercises reflect the language and scenarios that participants face in reality. Where necessary, our local trainers can meet with your local management to help in the customisation & localisation process.
